As a matter of fact..

.. Jogging does causes knee pain! =s After some research, i found that it is better to jog on a treadmill compared to on the road. The shock is more on the road whereas some treadmills are designed to absorb the shock.. DONT ask me how? But the idea is there!

There are some symptoms which one should be aware of, as prolong pain can lead to something that needs immediate medical attention. And because of that, and the fact that im actually having knee pain now, I didnt jog just now but did the other equipments, followed by swimming. I read that swimming after any exercise is very effective in losing weight and keeping fit! =)

However, the weather nowadays doesnt really permit outdoor acitivities especially during the evening time!

I just got my tongue burned btw! I was so excited cooking a new type of mee that i just bought, so i quickly eat when it was ready.. and now.. sigghh.. even my lips are swollen! hahaha! :P

CNY is around the corner. Tmrw Ill be heading to town to get myself some dresses if possible before i head down KB. Hopefully it doesnt rain again!

You knw every now and then i have been thinking of what to talk about.. and i think i found a great topic.. " the Highlights of 2008" <-- this might take a while to do since i need to look for photos and remember what happened last year! Maybe this weekend when im free, ill do it..

..........not forgetting my IP man story..

stay tune! :D

Yes it’s true that jogging/running can cause knee pain.. but only when you do it wrongly. We need a good pair of running shoe, proper sport attire to help u run comfortably... the shoe helps u to run better by absorbing the shock from the ground reducing the impact on our legs and knees. You just have to be careful on your steps...so watch where u going....

Treadmill is design for u to run if you don’t like the outdoor...and they have that shock absorption. I never like running on a treadmill...coz i don’t do much work on it...the treadmill does most of the work for me, run for me... boohooring...

i prefer going out on the road.. Enjoying the view; meet other runners... rather than just running on the same spot.

You’ll get knee pain if are doing too much running.. so you need to consult your doctor.. your body weight can be one of the factor too.. Sometime our knees are not strong enough to support our body weight after a long run. We need to do conditioning exercise/ strength training to help and build our knees, muscles, joints etc. We do that conditioning exercise when we are not running.

Maybe running is not good for some of us. so do it moderately... and you can find some other activities that are not using so much work on our legs like swimming, yoga, aerobics etc. But i know it’s not that fun than running!
