I was just telling mum that i bought myself a really good mattress that can last for 10 to 12 years and is very comfy.
She shouted at me. WHY?
Mum: Wat?! 10 years? How long do you plan to sleep on that bed? You’re not planning to get married?
Me: *Shocked* OH yeah oh.. i didnt think about that! hahah!

I had a hiking session at Tasek with Ronaldo. He was definitely fitter than me and kept pushing me to continue hiking even when im bloody tired.
“Be a man!”, He said.

Yes, ive been hooked up with hiking after office hours. Its my new activity now. I was just telling Bobo about it. I told her i always questioned myself why i went hiking in the first place cos its just bloody tiring!
One day, I will run like its a flat land and breathe normally climbing up the damn hill!

On the other hand, theres a lot of changes happening at my work place where every one is shifted around the company to hold different posts. Im not one of them but it still have an impact on me cos Ill report to another person starting next month. Looking forward to a new beginning at my workplace!
I was just telling Ronaldo about my big boss who have loads of faith on me and also expects a lot from me. Thats motivation to me, for him at least.

While people are enjoying their weekend, a girl has to go through a stage in her life which is unavoidable; losing her loved ones.
Early dawn, I got woke up by a text from a friend who broke the news to me. I was shocked to hear, especially after I asked ‘her’ about her dad’s condition recently. Her dad was recovering well and is expected to get discharged soon. Nobody expected that.
When i saw her, she was trying hard to hold back her tears. Its time like this when i dont know what else to say. All i can give is a hug and a shoulder to cry on. I couldnt imagine a day without my dad around. She broke down when I hugged her.
Babe, its okay.. cry all you want and try to move on. I hope everything wont be too harsh on you these days. You take good care and ill see you soon!
Last weekend marks the last day of CNY 2010 and we also celebrated my daddy’s bday. This time, CNY was fun. Maybe its the age factor that makes us value the time spent together with family and friends. :)
WE played more fireworks than before and the kids at home are old enough to light up one. On new year’s eve, my kakis joined me for some togetherness at my place and i have to say, it was the best night ever in the year 2009. We had a couple cans of beer and were just talking and talking.. that nite i drank the most beer in my 25 years of life! Thanks to him, someone who is like the wind, having the ability to appear in different places in a day, Someone who is as generous as the king, Someone who thinks he’s an eagle, Someone who takes his hair very the seriously.. someone who is mysterious, someone who gives it all to his friends. :) (I hope you are reading this).
We had our New Year Eve’s dinner at Marina bay in Miri with my relatives. It was a big dinner. 15 of us and the food was great. Crabs, fish, snails, prawns~ Slurrpss.. !! Its actually our FIRST time dining out at the time of the year! We had something different for Chap Goh Mei as well. Mum doesnt have to cook and its easy to prepare; My all time favourite: Steamboat! :)
My gambling luck wasnt good as usual. Didnt win but didnt lose much either. So that was good. I was one step to win $120 in my bet last sat. Sigh. Thank god it was under consolation prize. If not, i would have bang my head onto the wall!! **oucchhh***
