wow!

I just read through RA and was further directed to more blogs for the coverage on National Day Celebration. Among all, i like pics from Ucingitam.com. Im not implying that others are not good. Should check those pics out if you havent done so.

And everytime when i go through these blogs.. i wonder when will it be my turn? Im interested in photography, and would love to own one DSLR soon. Im just worried that I might not be ready for it yet. Need time and dedication towards this hobby. Not forgetting, its an expensive one too.

RA never fails to keep us updated with our local news aye? Its also through RA that i realised Brunei has achieved a new Guinness record.

This morning i got woke up by Reuben. He called and asked me to join him at the OGDC Travel Fair. Im ashamed to say it was my first time to that Travel fair even tho this year is the 4th one. To my surprise, there were a huge crowd and they have free ICE Cream. I was so satisfied with the icecream since i was craving for it when i was driving up seria. hehe! However, the ice cream would be better if it has cream in it. SO if you are planning a trip to somewhere soon, better get your tickets tmrw since its the last day.

Xiang2 never fail to surprise me everytime at home! He flashed me AGAIN this morning. IN fact everytime he does that after he finished his business in the toilet. ANd with the innocent face, he said, "AH mei zei zei, u just got back from bandar?". I just cant help but laughed and teased him. He is already 8 years old but still behave that way. hehe!

I have yet to take my shower .. oo..i stinks! :P

It was nice to meet some of my greatest friends at random! Was supposed to hang out with Vicki babe but met Ady Papz, Olivia, Sze Yee, Duan, Mirol, Siti, Fauzi and Aini.. =) Nice seeing u all! You guys really MADE my night! =D

Oh, I finally managed to try Bakerlyn Cafe. My review? hmm.. when i stepped into the restaurant, it reminded me of Villa Mauri. Each table were decorated with different type of flowers, real flowers! Nice! I felt like a princess having my cup of tea in the garden (in the fairytale). Vicki wasnt happy about the choices they have to offer. Very limited desserts. I was quite happy with the cake tho! hehe! I mean its Bakerlyn, u know. Had Crunchy Hazelnut Chocolate cake and it left me smiling all the way.. hehe! Its a nice place to sit down and relax.. Really!

Now its one of my favourite time of the year with decorative lights all around town and along Jalan Tutong towards the Istana. Even though its just simple lights, but it does light up the atmosphere. I remember cruising around with Jay, just looking at the lights sometime last year. He didnt get whats so special about the lights. Hey! I cant explain why i like it too! hehehe! =) everytime when the lights are switched on, i made it a point to cruise around and enjoy the nite.. Which i DId again last nite.

Recently, im Tina-less and Ive been eating out a lot. It just remind me of the old times when Bella used to be around. We used to hang out a lot, along with Fauzi. Miss the good old times! I called Bella just now to catch up with her! We got to meet up soon babe! I havent even get to see the wedding pics which I eagerly posed for.. haha!

Im in need of my beauty sleep but I just cant sleep! sighh...

This is one of the sentences that I always get from my cousins. But to think of it, I get tat from my friends too. Sometimes i wonder am i tat fierce? haha! Please let me know if u think I am! I can be in denial sometimes.

Something just caught my attention. Can you balance yourself on a cushion with one leg and eyes closed facing upwards for 30 seconds? I havent try but will do it one day! Let me know if thats possible. I guess its possible but how difficult is it to achieve it?

Today is also one of the days that reminds me of the future.. Going to school to pick up kids! OMG! Its scary seeing so Many, and i Mean it by SO SO Many kids in Chung Hua School. When the bell rings, all the kids just went nuts and ran towards the exit.. like OMG! I had to pick up my cousin since he requested me to do so.. ( i can be fierce, but im a nice sister!). I was carrying his bag and realised in the future, I would have to do it for my kids.. >.<>

But Ill just wait till i passed that age to think about what ive achieved so far. Im afraid ill disappoint myself! hahha!

As i was saying in facebook.. babysitting my cousins now as my aunt is away in Kb attending a wedding dinner. And today reminds me of that ONE day few years ago, when me and noi had to babysit my 3 naughty cousins! It was terrible. That One day, both of us experienced Motherhood! haha! We took the kids to play bouncer, brought them to eat, looked after them when they played at the playground, took them groceries shopping, scolding them in public (as if we're their mothers).. OMg! Scary!! Noi, i bet u still remember that day ei? hahha!

My spoilt weekend!

So many activities were going on during the long weekend, but I couldnt attend to any of them.
Not being fit is one of the reasons. Second being occupied with work. Its annoying how one agreed to finish one task but failed, leaving me no choice but to finish it. *argghh*

But i managed to catch up with RB before i left KB just now. Even though I was just looking at them eating, i hope my presence was felt. hahahha! =P

Raining all the way from KB to bandar, really takes a lot of focus. Im so tired from the long drive, exhausted from the work, and not forgetting my diarrhea just now.. i hope ill get well soon. sighh..

Sha, sorry didnt have time to look for u this weekend. Ill see u next weekend.

What a week!

Finally i can catch my own breath!Ive been really sick the whole week + it was such a hectic week for me at work! *Sighhh* even when im back hometown now, I still think about my work and have to get it done by monday! *siiiggghhhh*..Next week will also be the same again for me..

Anyways, just got a text from jimbo! ITs funny how he wanted to check on me whether Ive reached Kb safe and sound after 6 hours we departed? We had breakfast this morning at fleur-de-lys and it was good. It seems like he hasnt talk to anyone for a week! he kept on talking and.. talking and it surely remind me of ME! its good Jim! Keep it coming! :D

Today I've also realised that I havent talk to Elisha for about a week already! hmm..wondering where she is! HI MEI! How are u? hehhee!

Plans for tonite: tong's place steamboat + RBQ + lami + karaoke-ing +.... (if i can get myself out of the house that is!!)

Dinner at Super Tanker was good.. Great food and very good service too. The food came right after we ordered it! (technically).

We had pasta for valentine's dinner at the famous, Little Italy. If you guys havent try there yet, u MUST go there the next time you go KK! you wont regret!

Finally get to go ONe borneo! Its quite a huge mall, i would say.. but compared to Mid Valley, Mid valley is so much bigger!

But anyhow, i enjoyed shopping there! Must do this weekend trip another time!

a Long Long Day!

I just got back not long ago after a 3 days training. I attended the Business Report Writing course organised by CFBT, Brunei. I really like the teachers and the way they delivered the course. I would say that it made me realise the things which can make a report look more better.

Besides gaining more insights on report writing, I made some new friends as well. Hi Maggie and Kartinie! :D Nice knowing you girls!

Today was a tiring day, skipped lunch as I need to head back to my office to send some documents to my boss.. arghh!! Now me hungry!!! =( Skipped gym session today since i'm feeling better now and I want to get more rest. Im ready for KK guys! whahaha!!

A wonderful weekend!

I just love it when i can do so much in a just short period of time. Just this weekend, I managed to meet up with 3 different group of friends and even spent time with my family as well! awww.. wonderful!

It was mummy's bday and we had dinner at cottage Restaurant. Food was just alright. Thanks bro for the present .. love it. i think im going to make one myself too!

at the same time, D gang was at Harvey's crib, having steamboat and grilled stuffs.. Thanks Mal for the chicken! Tofu in chicken soup is great too! japanese tofu to be exact! We surprised Sam with a tiramisu cake from Fleur-de-lys. I din get to try the cake tho! And sorry V for the plain cake. The decorator was having their 2 hours lunch break when i was there! 2 hours lunch break??!?! Not bad at all! hehe..!

At siew siew's place, gambling session was going on.. there were 3 brokers for that nite and Jan ting was the only unlucky one who lose money! THe other 2 brokers won quite a lot! HMPF!

This afternoon, met up with Michelle Loh, my first friend in primary school! Then its considered a small reunion with the rest of the St.Johns-ians as well! But as usual, Michelle put aeroplane and din turn up for lami session at ceci's place this afternoon!

My family did an early dinner for Chap Goh Mei tonite, had simple dishes compared to the previous nite. Too much chicken for me! Played some fireworks after that, when Aunty Wendy from Canada dropped by for a visit! Hi aunty Wendy! Its been more than 10 years since i last saw u! It was nice catching up.. Ill try make it to Canada next year oK? =)

Caught a cold..

Think i got hit by rain and caught a cold.. not feeling so good =(

whats worse, my guys are in SIngapore now and They purposely called me to ask me to go join them!?!? HMPF! Razimmy Zaini and Bob Yazdi. You guys suck!! But u can change that by buying me something! hehe!! They told me that they were going club hopping tonite but not doing anything against their religion. I believe they wont do that tho! I do hope that i can go meet u guys there tmrw.. Butt... sighh..

These few days have been raining. Guess everyone also got the msg sent by NDMC, warning us of the wet spell. Its so scary seeing all those landslides and hearing sirens everytime..

Just last nite,the only road leading KB to bandar was blocked by the mud and stones from the landslides. I wanted to go back tonite, but think it wasnt a good idea. Jimmy warned me that the roads are muddy and the traffic is bad. Driving at nite at such conditions is a big NO NO! Hence, I decided to go back tomorrow morning after eating kuey tiaw and seeing Jimmy off at the airport!

Talking abt jImmy, he missed his flight at 22o in the morning just now! hahaha!! How careless! I hope my company is kind enough to give him a free ticket back Perth! praying hard for u jimmy! I only managed to hung out with him a few times and din get to spend much time! i guess there is always next time! Do take care buddy!

Tmrw is my mum's bday and im thinking what i should get her.. hmm any ideas guys?

Tonite will be a good time to rest and read my CLEO magazine, watch some movies .. basically its my 'me' time now!! hu hu hu..

After a week of holiday, working doesnt seem tat fun anymore!! So difficult to concentrate and tend to procrastinate! hmm.. =(

when i was on my way to miri, I saw the petrol station and the houses that were hit by landslides. it was horrible! So scary to see those houses all buried in sand and surrounding houses evacuating... the look on their faces.. :S Sometimes it makes me wonder whether i will be safe driving on the road.. who knows suddenly land slides happen in front of me? what should i do?

Talking about that, I was on my way back to bandar on sunday nite and it was pouring so badly.. it took me abt 2 hours to get to bandar .. driving at 80 Km/hr!! Cant really see the roads.. afraid of other car drivers being reckless.. was so attentive and got so tired after i reach bandar!! =( And maybe thats why i still have the neck pain now!!

Tonite is my 'me' time and im grateful for it.. gonna rest early and work hard tmrw!! - Tats the spirit!
